Our Story

Sky Height Developers was born in 2004, when our founder, Mr. Syed Farooq, returned to India after a decade of working with some of Japan's most respected construction firms. He came back with a conviction that Bangalore deserved better — better construction quality, better transparency, and a better experience for the families trusting a developer with their life's biggest investment.

That conviction has not changed in over twenty years. What has changed is the number of families who now call a Sky Height home their own. From our first project in Vijayanagar to our latest residences on Nagawara Main Road, every brick we have laid carries the same standard: build it as though your own family will live in it.
